Customer Service (Call Center) Supporter

About the role

JYSK is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Supporters to join its Dublin‑based Call Centre. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, handling enquiries across multiple channels and delivering a professional, positive experience to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer database and follow up on open cases.
• Upsell products and create sales opportunities from inbound requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an open‑plan environment to exceed service targets.
• Adhere to JYSK’s quality standards and brand guidelines.

• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
