Customer Service Executive (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join Culligan Water Ireland in Ballymount. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering friendly, informative and efficient support across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts accurately.
• Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Promote additional services and products where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Identify and implement improvements to service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Desirable: experience in the water or beverage industry and familiarity with CRM software.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
