Customer Service Representative – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy automotive distribution team in Park West, Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for customers and dealers, handling enquiries across phone, email and internal systems while delivering professional and efficient support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, respond to emails and process system‑based queries from customers and dealers.
• Review and process warranty claims and related payments.
• Manage B2B customer service and warranty‑related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate service and warranty reports.
• Liaise with manufacturers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, calm and customer‑focused attitude.
• Based in Dublin with the right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship).

Required skills

• Strong IT aptitude and ability to learn multiple internal systems.
