Customer Service Representative – Dublin

About the role

Join Fidelity International’s Client Services team in Dublin as a Customer Service Representative. You’ll support customers across phone, email and letters, providing professional and empathetic assistance while promoting financial products and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across multiple channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Explain financial products clearly and guide customers to appropriate tools and information.
• Take ownership of each interaction to ensure full resolution.
• Log and escalate potential risks, fraud cases, or vulnerable situations.
• Manage complaints constructively, aiming for early resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent phone manner and verbal communication skills.
• Strong desire to develop expertise through continuous learning.
• Effective listening skills and a customer‑first attitude.
• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new systems.
• Team‑oriented approach with a genuine interest in helping others.
