About the role

We are looking for a motivated, French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Shannon, Co Clare. The role combines order management, inside‑sales administration and pre‑ and post‑sales support, acting as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide phone, email and web support for order status, lead times, shipment tracking and return authorisations.
  • Manage allocated customer accounts and regional support duties.
  • Resolve invoicing and account‑related queries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering and Technical Support to address customer issues and improve processes.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Engineering to meet delivery requirements.
  • Assist with returns, repairs, restocking and service coordination.
  • Accurately maintain customer data, sales orders, invoices, agreements and registrations.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar support role (advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience dealing directly with customers.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Additional European language skills are a plus.
  • Basic technical understanding and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
