Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Panda’s busy call centre in Dublin. The role involves assisting both residential and commercial customers by answering queries, resolving issues and providing accurate information about our services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provide accurate details on Panda services and account information.
• Handle requests, complaints and queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Process customer requests through internal systems.
• Make outbound courtesy calls to follow up on complaints or service issues.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions.
• Support the wider team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Confident phone communication and empathetic approach.
• Customer‑focused and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
