Customer Services Representative – Dublin

About the role

Join Fidelity International’s Client Services team in the heart of Dublin city centre. As a Customer Services Representative you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them resolve complex queries and guiding them through financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across phone, email and letters with professionalism and empathy.
• Explain financial products clearly and direct customers to appropriate tools and information.
• Take ownership of each interaction to ensure full resolution and log any risks, fraud or vulnerable situations.
• Escalate and document complaints, aiming for early and constructive resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong verbal communication and a customer‑first attitude.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and digital communication platforms.
