Customer Support Specialist – Spanish (Weekend Shift)

About the role

Klaviyo is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist who can provide high‑quality assistance to our EMEA customers on a weekend schedule. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, requiring three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and its features.
• Provide product support via email and live chat, resolving technical and non‑technical issues.
• Diagnose software problems, handle escalated complaints, and document solutions.
• Assist customers with marketing, sales, and e‑commerce setup questions.
• Contribute to AI‑driven workflow improvements and knowledge base creation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Available to work weekend shifts (Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably troubleshooting SaaS products.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools and new workflows.
