Data Operations Specialist

About the role

The Data Operations Specialist will join the Registration team responsible for setting up and maintaining static data for Supply Chain Finance programmes on Delta Capita's platforms. The role ensures data accuracy, aligns programme parameters with business needs, and supports continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise workload and delegate tasks across the team where appropriate.
• Perform set‑up of programmes within SCF platforms according to implementation instructions.
• Validate prerequisites before registration and ensure consistency of programme parameters.
• Input, control, release and maintain static and transactional data across internal and external SCF platforms.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation for all activities.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports such as KPIs and business performance metrics.
• Complete operational controls, manage workflow queues and follow escalation protocols.
• Identify, report and support resolution of system issues in collaboration with IT teams.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on platform functionality, support design of new programme structures and participate in UAT.
• Deliver training, knowledge‑sharing sessions and provide guidance to stakeholders on system capabilities and data requirements.
