Data Product Owner – AI & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Data Product Owner to lead the delivery of AI, analytics, and data products across a global pharmaceutical manufacturing network. This remote, business‑facing position bridges manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams with IT, data, and AI delivery groups.

Key responsibilities

• Define AI, ML, GenAI and analytics use cases, building business cases and value metrics.
• Own the product backlog, translate requirements into user stories, and set priorities.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to data, AI, and engineering teams.
• Engage stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead testing, validation, and user‑acceptance activities.
• Drive deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization across sites.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst delivering data or AI products.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into analytics or AI solutions.
• Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering analytics, BI, or AI solutions into live operations.
• Experience managing backlogs, stakeholders, and delivery in Agile environments.
