Data Science Consultant - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking quantitative professionals to help train cutting‑edge AI models. You will evaluate AI‑generated analyses, design quantitative problems, and provide feedback that directly influences how these systems reason about data and scientific questions. The role is fully remote and can be pursued alongside other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated quantitative work for technical accuracy and real‑world validity, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data‑driven insights.
• Design and solve quantitative problems used to benchmark and improve AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code.
• Provide detailed feedback that shapes the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role or research environment (e.g., data science, economics, physics, biology, operations research).
• Proficiency in English with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred; master’s or PhD is a plus.
• Eligibility to work from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Required skills

• Statistical methods (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, time‑series forecasting).
• Predictive modeling and experiment design.
• Comfort writing and reviewing analytical code end‑to‑end.
• Familiarity with coding languages used for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
