About the role
A Retail group based in Drogheda is delighted to be hiring an experienced Deli Supervisor. As a Deli Supervisor you will oversee daily operations of the deli department, ensure high‑quality customer service and maintain food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of deli associates, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the deli department is well‑stocked with fresh and high‑quality products
- Create and maintain attractive deli displays to showcase products
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimise waste and ensure profitability
- Train new employees on deli procedures, safety protocols and customer service standards
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required profile
- Passion for food and customer service
- Proven supervisory experience in a deli or food‑service setting
