Demand Planner – Hybrid (Navan)

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Navan. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, supporting material management, warehousing, and customer service for both new product introductions and existing product lines. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating across logistics, customer service, and vendor teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process supply management tasks accurately and support warehouse operations.
• Monitor material availability, address exceptions, and maintain inventory metrics.
• Liaise with logistics, customer service, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure flawless execution.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and lean initiatives, driving efficiency across material flows.
• Maintain and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related logistics role.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement projects.

Required skills

• Analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory monitoring.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management.
