Deputy Store Manager - Lisnaskea

About the role

Lidl is looking for a Deputy Store Manager in Lisnaskea to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store. The role suits someone who enjoys leading by example and wants to help deliver a great customer journey for every shopper.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
• Take a target-driven approach to KPIs
• Manage, motivate and develop the store team
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
• Keep adequate stock levels at all times
• Deliver consistently excellent customer service

Required profile

• A Levels or equivalent
• At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager preferred, though not essential if you have the right attitude
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines

What we offer

• Salary of £33,000 rising to £40,000 after 3 years
