About the role
We are looking for a Deskside Engineer to provide on‑site and remote support to internal users in a fast‑growing international consulting environment. The role focuses on delivering prompt, customer‑first assistance on hardware, software and network issues while ensuring smooth device provisioning and compliance with service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware problems on desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot software and operating‑system faults; perform OS and application installations and updates.
- Image, configure and deploy new devices according to corporate standards.
- Manage user accounts, groups and permissions in Active Directory.
- Support network connectivity issues and assist with related troubleshooting.
- Provide both on‑site and remote assistance using tools such as Teams Viewer and Citrix Director.
- Record incidents accurately in ServiceNow, monitor SLA targets and follow up to ensure user satisfaction.

- Attention to detail and commitment to documenting work and outcomes.
