Developer & Partner Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Developer & Partner Marketing Communications Specialist to activate and amplify its developer and partner ecosystem. Based in Limerick, Ireland, the role will plan, deliver and measure high‑impact marketing programmes that drive awareness, adoption and co‑marketing outcomes across ADI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns supporting Developer Relations and strategic partnerships, from planning through delivery, optimisation and reporting.
• Align messaging and narrative across developer and partner audiences to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering and partner teams to create co‑marketing assets and events, both online and in‑person.
• Measure campaign performance, analyse metrics and provide insights to improve conversion from awareness to action.
• Manage regional travel and occasional international engagements to foster community growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within technology or semiconductor environments.
• Strong understanding of developer ecosystems and partner programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating across functions.
