DevOps Engineer – Flexible Remote (Ireland)

About the role

Brightflag is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help shape and maintain the infrastructure behind its AI‑first legal technology platform. The role offers flexible work arrangements across Ireland, allowing you to work from the office, remotely, or a mix of both.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain infrastructure for development, testing and production environments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and product managers to define and implement infrastructure requirements.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment scripts and configuration‑management systems.
• Implement observability solutions to monitor performance, detect bottlenecks and resolve incidents.
• Continuously improve scalability, reliability and security of cloud services.
• Document system configurations, processes and troubleshooting procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (Java, C#, Python, Bash/sh).
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems.
