DevOps Lead / Manager (AWS)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead / Manager with a strong AWS background to drive platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. This highly autonomous, hands‑on role works closely with senior leadership to support the company’s rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and evolve cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices across AWS.
- Perform deep diagnostics to identify quality, reliability, and performance issues.
- Define and deliver improvements to platform stability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.
- Drive automation, observability, and operational best practices.
- Partner with engineering teams and senior stakeholders on architecture and scaling initiatives.
- Participate in and help lead the on‑call rotation and incident management process.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
- Strong AWS expertise; relevant AWS certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement long‑term solutions.
- Experience operating in high‑growth or scaling environments.
- Comfortable with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
