Digital & Channel Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital & Channel Marketing Manager to join a global branded products company in Shannon. This full‑time, permanent position operates in a hybrid model and focuses on driving revenue growth and B2B lead generation through performance‑led digital and channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display and remarketing.
• Grow eCommerce revenue by acquiring customers, optimizing conversion and managing ROI‑focused activities.
• Develop and run B2B digital campaigns to generate qualified sales leads.
• Lead SEO/AEO strategy, keyword planning, content optimisation and product visibility.
• Track, analyse and report on traffic, CAC, ROAS, conversion and revenue; build dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with eCommerce teams to identify CRO and UX improvements.
• Deliver joint marketing plans with retail, telco and distribution partners and manage go‑to‑market execution for product launches.
• Create and oversee in‑store and POS materials, support retail events, trade shows and partner activations, and produce sales enablement content for field teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance and channel marketing within a multi‑market or international environment.
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial results such as revenue growth, ROAS or lead generation.
• Background in consumer electronics, mobile technology or related branded consumer products is preferred.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work hands‑on while balancing strategic responsibilities.
