Digital CMC Consultant (Life Sciences)

About the role

Our Professional Services team seeks an experienced Digital CMC Consultant to help life‑science companies modernize their chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) processes. You will lead digital transformation projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex workstreams and projects focused on Digital CMC across development and manufacturing.
• Analyze business requirements, document specifications, and implement digital CMC solutions that meet client outcomes.
• Execute and deliver customer projects while providing guidance and best practices.
• Develop thought leadership in Digital CMC and help clients transition from legacy to digital enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define scope, align on transformation goals, and secure buy‑in.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate requirement capture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in life sciences, software, or consulting within a regulated industry (MEM preferred).
• Pharma background with exposure to CMC, QA, or regulatory functions.
• Familiarity with GMP manufacturing workflows such as supply chain, change management, tech transfer, and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
