About the role

Join Microsoft’s Digital Enterprise Sales team as an AI Workforce Specialist focused on the public sector in Italy. You will help government agencies adopt advanced AI solutions such as Copilot and intelligent agents, driving digital transformation that improves public services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with public sector organisations to identify AI‑driven digital transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and services to qualify, track and expand high‑impact opportunities.
• Design, demonstrate and propose AI solutions that meet the specific needs of public administration.
• Orchestrate internal and partner stakeholders to close deals and ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Provide competitive analysis and strategic insights to support public sector sales engagements.

Required profile

• Several years of technology‑related sales or account‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, IT) combined with relevant sales experience.
