Digital Executive – Content and Social

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Executive focused on content and social media to join a leading commercial real estate organisation in Dublin. The role sits within the CEO Office, offering high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out content and marketing initiatives that boost brand presence, visibility and audience engagement across high‑profile projects.
• Create high‑quality visual and written content for digital and social channels, maintaining a premium brand identity.
• Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence, identifying opportunities to increase reach and impact.
• Collaborate with the CEO Office and wider teams to design campaigns and communications aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee creation and updates of content for social media, website, and the bespoke business app.
• Identify and implement new digital tools, platforms and formats to support the evolving digital strategy.
• Maintain and optimise digital platforms, ensuring relevance and user engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and digital trends, using insights to refine content and channel performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content, social media or digital marketing.
• Background in hospitality, premium brands or luxury goods is advantageous.
• Strong copywriting and visual content creation abilities.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and growing digital engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive self‑starter comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
