Digital Marketing Account Manager – German Speaker

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who will help roll out a unique advertising solution across Europe. The role focuses on managing Pinterest‑based campaigns, driving brand awareness and product sales for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of new and existing accounts, retaining and growing revenue.
• Understand partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and upsell/cross‑sell campaigns.
• Communicate new product features and enhancements.
• Track, analyse and report key quantitative metrics and business trends.
• Set clear advertising goals (KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC) with agencies or direct accounts.

Required profile

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent).
• At least 1 year experience in advertising‑technology campaign management on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest or Snapchat.
• At least 1 year experience in sales or account‑management roles.
• Native‑level fluency in the market language (German).
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, data‑driven solutioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with clients and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
