Digital Marketing Account Manager – Nordic Markets

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead the rollout of a unique advertising solution across the Nordic market. The role will involve managing a portfolio of advertisers, driving revenue growth, and delivering data‑driven insights on the Pinterest platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of new and existing advertising accounts.
• Retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
• Translate partner business goals into data‑driven stories and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Troubleshoot, optimise and monitor campaign performance.
• Upsell, cross‑sell and activate both existing and new accounts.
• Communicate new product features and enhancements to internal product teams.
• Track, analyse and report key quantitative metrics and business trends.
• Set clear advertising goals and KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC.

Required profile

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in advertising technology campaign management on platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Google, Twitter or Snapchat.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong knowledge of current online marketing trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Native‑level fluency in one or more Nordic languages.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients.
• Detail‑oriented with a deadline‑driven mindset.
