Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing business in County Kildare, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to own content creation, digital campaigns and marketing performance. The role is hands‑on, combining creative storytelling with data‑driven optimisation to generate leads and support residential development launches.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures and digital advertising while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage social media channels and website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress; keep online information accurate and engaging.
• Build, segment and execute email marketing and CRM campaigns, monitoring open, click‑through and conversion rates.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other digital platforms, handling ad copy, creative variations and budget allocation.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, producing reports and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers and internal sales teams to ensure high‑quality marketing assets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset able to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
