Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Dublin team. This hands‑on position requires solid experience across content, social media and paid campaigns, with responsibility for planning and delivering digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts while supporting junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for diverse client accounts.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Lead content planning and maintain content calendars across accounts.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high‑quality, performance‑driven assets.
• Manage and grow social media channels in line with brand direction.
• Analyse campaign and content performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using GA4, UTMs and platform insights.
• Work with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Support and mentor junior team members, providing feedback and guidance.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Experience managing social media and leading content planning.
• Good grasp of content performance metrics and audience behaviour.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, campaign insights).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, organised and solution‑focused mindset.
