Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise our Irish online presence. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure the website, content, CRM data and digital campaigns drive measurable sales growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Irish website, keeping product pages, landing pages and category structures accurate and user‑friendly.
• Monitor and improve organic search rankings through on‑page SEO, metadata and technical optimisation.
• Enhance conversion pathways by optimising inquiry forms, guide downloads and registration flows.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create localized case studies, technical blogs and email newsletters.
• Plan, execute and track Google Ads and paid search campaigns, managing budget and ROI.
• Maintain LinkedIn presence and run email marketing programmes for existing customers.
• Support CRM data management, audience segmentation and alignment of marketing activity with sales priorities.
• Develop structured commercial campaigns around priority product categories and strategic accounts.
• Analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM data, delivering regular reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in website management, SEO, SEM and lead‑generation activities.
• Strong ability to work with internal sales, product and supplier teams to produce technical content.
• Experience in managing CRM data, audience segmentation and reporting.
