About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive the full marketing function for a fast‑growing cybersecurity company. You will work closely with sales and senior leadership to shape and execute an integrated B2B strategy that fuels pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Run and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing.
  • Boost inbound growth through website optimisation, landing pages and conversion tracking using WordPress, GTM and GA4.
  • Manage email marketing and automation with Mailchimp and HubSpot.
  • Partner with sales to improve lead quality, tracking and conversion.
  • Plan and deliver webinars and virtual events using Teams, Zoom and Eventbrite.
  • Own SEO performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
  • Oversee social media planning and performance on LinkedIn and Sprout Social.
  • Create and manage content for blogs, campaigns and thought‑leadership pieces.
  • Produce visual and video assets with Canva, Adobe Suite and AI tools.
  • Analyse performance and report ROI using GA4, Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to run end‑to‑end marketing in a standalone or lean team.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with paid media, email and website management.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, attribution and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales and using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Capsule.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools and organic growth strategies.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
  • Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and ROI.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes.
