Digital Marketing & Website Specialist

About the role

Future Direct Professional Services is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to join its Sandyford office. The role blends website management, organic and paid search, and brand‑focused digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving organic enquiries and enhancing online visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct SEO and AI‑driven search optimisation, including regular publishing of blogs and articles to boost organic performance.
• Monitor website technical health such as page speed, mobile responsiveness and broken links.
• Test and refine website pages and forms to improve conversion rates.
• Plan, run and optimise Google Ads campaigns, managing keywords, ad copy and budgets.
• Manage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, set up tracking and produce performance reports.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent publishing on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages and reviews to protect brand reputation.
• Create blogs, email newsletters, leaflets and brochures for promotional use.
• Report on marketing KPIs, linking activities to enquiries and leads generated.
• Capture photo and video at industry events and appear on‑camera for social‑media content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both website/SEO management and digital marketing, demonstrated through a portfolio with measurable results.
• Comfortable representing the organisation publicly, including on‑camera appearances.
• Ability to work independently, own briefs end‑to‑end and thrive in a hybrid environment (four days onsite, one day remote).
