Digital & Social Media Executive – B2C Retail

About the role

Join a leading Irish retail brand as the Digital & Social Media Executive, driving its digital voice across a network of 100+ stores. This content‑first position blends creativity with on‑the‑road storytelling, capturing authentic store experiences and community initiatives nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging photography, graphics and short‑form video (Reels/TikToks) showcasing products and store activity.
• Own the end‑to‑end social media calendar, schedule posts and manage community engagement across all brand channels.
• Travel nationwide to capture real‑life content, from staff expertise to local community projects.
• Support national retail promotions and seasonal trading through email marketing and paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with store owners and external partners to ensure digital output aligns with brand identity.

Required profile

• Full Irish driving licence (essential for nationwide travel).
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media.
• Experience in a retail or trade environment is a strong advantage.
• Third‑level qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong visual eye and copywriting ability; video editing experience is a plus.
