Director, FDI Tax

About the role

PWC is seeking a Director to lead its FDI Tax practice in Dublin. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients on both local and international tax matters, helping them navigate complex tax environments and achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and mentor the tax team to innovate and improve ways of working.
• Identify market gaps and develop new value propositions for clients.
• Drive efficiencies and scalable solutions across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in tax consulting, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop talent within the team.
