Director, FDI Tax Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director to lead its FDI Tax practice in Dublin. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients on complex local and international tax matters, helping them manage compliance, reduce risk, and align tax strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks, ensure compliance, and implement tax strategies.
• Lead projects involving international tax, M&A, state and local tax accounting, regulatory processes, and tax reporting.
• Support and mentor teams, drive innovation in ways of working, and promote efficiency across multiple projects.
• Identify market gaps, develop value propositions, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and foster an inclusive, technology‑enabled environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in tax consulting, preferably at a senior or director level.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex client engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering value to clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
