Director, Operational Technology Security Strategy & Execution

About the role

We are looking for a visionary leader to drive our Operational Technology (OT) security strategy and execution across a global enterprise. In this senior position you will protect critical manufacturing, research, and animal health assets from industrial cyber‑threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead critical security initiatives by coordinating technical teams and business partners.
• Chair the Operational Technology Security Task Force to ensure progress and resolve execution challenges.
• Facilitate the Operational Technology Security Council, aligning senior leaders from Manufacturing, Research, and Animal Health on strategy and resources.
• Develop a unified OT security strategy, identify gaps, and drive remediation.
• Influence decision‑making in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Translate technical goals into actionable plans and report outcomes to senior leadership.
