Domestic Assistant – Hospital Cleaning

About the role
The NHS Scotland Domestic Services Department at Raigmore Hospital is seeking a motivated Domestic Assistant to join its cleaning team. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:00, you will help maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Clean clinics, treatment rooms, and patient areas.
- Vacuum and mop floors throughout the hospital.
- Clean and restock toilets and public washrooms.
- Empty waste bins and perform general cleaning duties.
- Support enhanced rates for weekend, unsocial, and overnight work when required.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Committed to delivering high‑quality cleaning standards.
- Willing to undergo full training; previous experience is desirable but not essential.
