E-Commerce Executive – Online Store Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven E‑Commerce Executive to join our Head Office in Newbridge. You will manage, optimise and grow our online store, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product data, collections, categories, filters and website content; ensure accurate pricing, imagery and stock information.
• Monitor website functionality and the customer journey to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Update homepage, banners, featured collections and promotional activity; support seasonal campaigns, product launches and sales events.
• Analyse product performance, optimise merchandising and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create engaging onsite experiences.
• Optimise product pages, collections and landing pages for SEO and customer engagement.
• Upload and maintain promotional pages in line with brand guidelines.
• Track website KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, AOV) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Assist with setting up promotions, discount codes and email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution across digital channels.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online merchandising.
• Proven track record managing online merchandising, promotions and digital campaigns on Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and e‑commerce trading principles.
• Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with experience handling queries.
