E-commerce Lead

About the role

We are seeking an E-commerce Lead to drive growth for a health‑focused, science‑backed consumer brand. Based in Ireland, you will own the full customer acquisition funnel, leveraging paid, organic and owned channels to acquire, activate and retain customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end acquisition strategy across paid social, search, SEO, email, content and website optimisation.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise performance‑marketing campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Design full‑funnel customer journeys to improve acquisition, activation, retention and lifetime value.
• Manage lifecycle marketing programmes, including email and SMS, to boost repeat purchases.
• Analyse daily performance data, test hypotheses and scale winning tactics across channels.
• Collaborate with product, community and research teams to craft compelling product narratives and support go‑to‑market launches.
• Lead enhancements to e‑commerce infrastructure, landing pages and international scaling initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of D2C e‑commerce experience, preferably in health, wellness or supplement brands.
• Proven track record scaling paid acquisition on Meta, Google and TikTok with profitability focus.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel growth marketing, SEO, email marketing and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion rates and attribution modelling.
• Hands‑on experience building e‑commerce businesses from early to growth stages.
• Data‑driven mindset with a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
