EMEA Sales Manager

About the role
Keeper Security is seeking an experienced, execution‑oriented Manager of Sales to lead a high‑performing team within its EMEA B2B sales division. The role reports to the VP of Sales, EMEA and combines hands‑on sales management with strategic planning to drive revenue growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales representatives focused on converting leads into revenue.
- Design and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, training and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities and guiding reps through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Join customer calls to provide strategic support, advance deals and deliver real‑time coaching.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing B2B sales teams, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- Residency in Ireland (permanent) with the ability to work hybrid from Cork or remotely.
