EMEIA Logistics Manager

About the role

Apple’s EMEIA Logistics team is looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to optimise end‑to‑end logistics processes, drive sustainability initiatives and ensure flawless execution for customers and retail partners across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of Logistics Professionals, setting clear goals and tracking performance.
• Maintain robust management systems with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with 3PL leadership to communicate targets, monitor SOP adherence and drive continuous improvement.
• Support commercial inputs that enhance operational efficiencies.
• Champion innovation in sustainability, supply‑chain efficiency and emerging technologies.
• Oversee logistics support for peak events such as NPI launches and promotional activities.
• Work effectively across regional and global cross‑functional teams in Apple’s matrixed environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain or operations within a fast‑paced product industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to visualise data and present insights to senior audiences.
• Creative problem‑solver comfortable embracing new technologies.
