About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons using digital tools and ready‑made teaching materials.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship available.
