About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our fast‑growing talent, education and early‑careers organisation in Dublin. The role is a consultative sales position focused on helping employers solve complex talent attraction and hiring challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Ireland.
- Build and nurture relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers and Employer Branding leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through discovery, proposal creation, negotiation and contract signing.
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client challenges and objectives.
- Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
Required profile
- Proven experience generating and winning new business.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience selling solutions or services to HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employer Branding or related functions.
- Track record of engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Strong commercial acumen and proposal development skills.
- Experience within recruitment, talent solutions, HR technology, employer branding, assessment or education technology is highly desirable.
