About the role
The Store Supervisor will lead a retail team to ensure efficient store operations and deliver an excellent customer service experience at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Live the Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
- Maintain store standards for rotation, merchandising and product facing.
- Be approachable and act as a role model, encouraging teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Support the induction, training and development of new employees.
- Handle customer queries professionally and in line with store policy.
- Promote new initiatives and adopt new ways of working.
- Lead by example, embodying brand values and fostering a collaborative environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to delegate and support colleagues.
- Capability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
