Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role
Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Dublin, is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician on a 12‑month contract. The role supports the operation of a state‑of‑the‑art production facility, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with strict regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Follow and support established maintenance schedules for production and facility equipment.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with SOPs, maintenance instructions and current cGMP requirements.
- Enter maintenance data accurately and in real time.
- Escalate any issues that could affect production SLAs or goals.
- Identify and report process or equipment anomalies and deviations to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Mechanical, electrical or instrumentation craft qualification, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Extensive experience in GMP‑compliant maintenance within a pharmaceutical environment.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Maximo and TrackWise maintenance management systems (desirable).
