European Tax Manager – Dublin

About the role

The European Tax Manager will lead direct tax compliance for European partners and corporates, focusing on UK and Irish partner tax returns. You will work closely with external tax advisers and local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate filings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Irish tax returns for partners and related entities.
• Prepare UK tax returns for profits allocated to European partners, including forecasting and modelling tax obligations.
• Prepare or review schedules and analyses for corporate and partnership returns.
• Maintain relationships with international external tax advisors and deliver analytical insights.
• Drive improvement and automation projects within the tax function.

Required profile

• Qualified tax or accounting qualification (CTA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in individual and corporate Irish tax return preparation, gained in a professional services firm, accountancy practice, or in‑house environment.
• Self‑starter with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• High level of systems/IT literacy and excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
