Evening Supervisor

About the role
The Evening Supervisor will lead the store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full‑time position is based at Arden Road, Tullamore, and reports to the day manager.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and manage the evening team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Maintain store standards for merchandising, product rotation, and visual presentation.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in line with store policy.
- Coordinate with day supervisors on layout changes and ensure proper implementation.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new staff members.
- Promote Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive, multitasking approach.
- Organisational ability to delegate tasks and support colleagues.
