Country Manager – Ireland

About the role

As the Country Manager for Ireland, you will own the wholesale business, driving strategy, revenue and profitability across the Irish market. This high‑impact leadership position offers full P&L responsibility and the chance to shape the future of hearing healthcare in a global, innovation‑focused organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Irish wholesale operation with full P&L accountability, targeting revenue growth, market share and profitability.
• Develop and execute a market strategy that aligns commercial, sales and operational priorities.
• Build and nurture relationships with audiologists, independent hearing‑care providers, retail partners and distributors.
• Act as Registered Director, ensuring compliance with Irish legal, regulatory, tax and governance requirements.
• Introduce new products and solutions, managing successful commercial launches.
• Provide strategic insight, forecasting and performance reporting to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Proven commercial leadership experience in medical devices, audiology, hearing care or related healthcare sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L management.
• Track record of building strategic customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams.
• Eligibility to act as an Irish Resident Director and meet statutory compliance requirements.
• Degree‑educated or equivalent experience (desirable).
• Deep understanding of the Irish healthcare and audiology landscape (desirable).
• Experience in regulated medical‑device environments (desirable).
