About the role

The Executive Assistant & Business Support role is pivotal to the effectiveness of the CRH International Chief Information Officer and the broader Technology leadership team. You will work in a fast‑moving, transformation‑focused environment, providing high‑level administrative and strategic support.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the CIO’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and other executive materials.
  • Facilitate governance processes and ensure operational discipline across the technology function.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between senior technology leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables and follow‑ups.

Required profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people‑focused approach.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
