Executive Assistant & Business Support Lead

About the role

This newly created position supports senior leadership within a leading hospitality operator. The role combines high‑level executive assistance with ownership of the business support function, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive support including diary management, correspondence and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead and develop the business support function across the organisation.
• Act as the central liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Support operational planning, reporting and project delivery.
• Identify and drive improvements in administrative and support processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or Business Support Lead.
• Background in hospitality, retail or healthcare is a strong advantage.
• Excellent prioritisation skills in a fast‑changing environment.
• Confident communicator who quickly builds trust.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team.
