Executive Assistant: International Government Affairs

About the role
Salesforce is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of International Government Affairs (EMEA, APAC, ASEAN) and the Global Public Policy team. This role will act as a strategic partner, ensuring the leader’s impact is maximized across three continents while keeping a 20‑person team synchronized.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal approval processes, including contracts, headcount, and budget requests.
- Own end‑to‑end expense management across multiple currencies, ensuring policy compliance.
- Coordinate information flow so critical updates reach both the manager and the broader team.
- Structure and maintain communication channels such as Slack, email distribution lists, and shared documents.
- Serve as a cross‑functional bridge between Government Affairs and Legal, PR, Finance, and other departments.
- Oversee complex global agenda, scheduling internal and external stakeholder meetings across multiple time zones.
Required profile
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Ability to navigate complex internal ecosystems and drive alignment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
