Executive - Communications, Branding & Media

About the role

Insurance Ireland is looking for an Executive to drive its communications, branding and media initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, engaging messaging for members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the communications, media and branding plan aligned with organisational objectives.
• Develop in‑house member newsletters, publications, social‑media content and critical business websites.
• Create and maintain Member Council packs and other internal communication materials.
• Assist in the setup of consumer campaigns and website content updates.
• Support a range of additional member‑focused and internal communication activities.

Required profile

• University‑level education or equivalent practical experience, preferably in communications, branding, digital marketing, marketing or PR.
• Strong interest in communications, digital marketing and branding.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage audiences at all levels.
• Well‑developed administrative, organisational and time‑management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Personal drive, integrity and initiative when managing projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating digital and branded content.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms.
