Field Sales Executive – New Business in Healthcare

About the role

This is a field‑based, new‑business sales position focused on private hospitals, consultants and healthcare practices across Dublin. You will help healthcare providers improve efficiency and financial performance through Medserv’s billing, software and remote‑management services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach and targeted research.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
• Meet prospective and existing clients at their practices, hospitals and industry events.
• Take a consultative approach to understand each client’s operational and commercial challenges and propose suitable Medserv solutions.
• Develop long‑term relationships that drive retention, referrals and future growth.
• Represent Medserv at conferences, networking events and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in B2B field sales, preferably within the private healthcare market.
• Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or consultant practices, or a strong background in related sectors such as medical billing, practice management or healthcare technology.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
